Shipping Duration:
Shipping details for each product are mentioned on the respective product page. Depending on the items in your cart, your order may be shipped in multiple packages with varying shipping dates. For the final delivery date of your order, please check the shipping details section on your cart page.
All products are shipped within 1 to 9 working days, depending on the item. In rare situations beyond our control, there may be delays, but we will always strive to deliver your order at the earliest.
Shipping Charges:
- Free shipping on orders above ₹1000.
- A ₹99 shipping charge applies to orders below ₹1000.

Customized Products
Please note that customized or personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are specially made just for you.
Returns for Damaged or Defective Products
For both customised and non-customised products, returns will only be accepted if the product is damaged or defective. To process your request, we require a clear unboxing video showing the damage or defect. This helps us assess the issue and resolve it efficiently.

Order Cancellations & Refunds
Refunds or vouchers for order cancellations depend on the nature of the product and the timing of the cancellation. Generally, orders cannot be cancelled once placed, unless Gift Brew is unable to fulfill the order.
If you change your mind after placing an order, the amount will be credited to your Gift Brew account and can be redeemed for future purchases within 12 months from the order date.
Once an order has been delivered in perfect condition, it cannot be cancelled. However, if you still wish to return it and our team approves, a gift voucher will be issued after the product is returned to Gift Brew.
